As part of our continuing process we have come up with new products & systems exceeding the customer requirement. We have a strong commitment to be truly Green. We have been making rapid strides here, and as a leader in the paint industry would like to offer Best-In-Class, Green products.We started this journey with the 'No Added Lead & Heavy Metal declaration' in 2010, and now we are moving on to a more composite, complete Green Solution in most of our Products. Be it making our Paint free of Silica or other heavy metal or be it making our paints with low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) - our endeavor is always strong.
Our products not only conform to international VOC specifications but they also do not contain any hazardous raw materials like lead, heavy metals as per the hazardous material usage guidelines laid out by the International GS - 11 (Green Seal) standard.
Following these standards, we have chosen specifically to concentrate on removing and minimizing the contents of various restricted raw materials in our paint products. The end goal is to constantly ensure that our customers are provided with not only a great Décor solution but also a solution that is truly Green.
One of the big area has been VOC levels in paint. It is important to focus on having low levels of VOC in paint without compromising the quality and sustain our environment and prevent any side effects in human beings. For this purpose, the GS -11 Standard prescribes certain VOC limits and there are various standard test methods to measure VOC in paint.
