MEDIA RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE DISSEMINATION

On June 27th, 2017 the Blood Tribe Police Service Crime Reduction Unit with assistance of the Patrol Services Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle involved in trafficking fentanyl on the Blood Reserve. Three males and three males were arrested for Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl.

The following was seized as a result of the investigation:

• 19.5 Fentanyl Tablets (Oxy 80’s) with an estimated street value of $1170.00
• $302.65 Canadian Dollars
• 4 cell phones

The following individuals were arrested as result of the investigation:

• Nathan Luke Dustin BREWER [1990-05-06] resident of Standoff, AB.
• Tiffany Erin GENEREAUX [1991-08-26] resident of Standoff, AB.
• Lloyd Avery GOOD RIDER [1974-03-18] resident of Standoff, AB.
• Niomi Samantha GOOD RIDER [1989-12-01] resident of Standoff, AB.
• Gracie Lee QUESNELLE [1986-07-04] resident of Standoff, AB.
• Tyler WOLF CHILD [1982-07-13] resident of Standoff, AB.

The accused parties were charged with the following offences:

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl
• Possession of proceeds of crime

The accused parties were brought before a Justice of the Peace and released to appear in Cardston Provincial Court on July 7th, 2017.
