Experienced Applicants

Experienced Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of policing experience.
• Be good standing with a police service whose training meets the standards of Blood Tribe Police Service.



Meet all minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Canadian citizen, landed immigrant status or permanent resident status.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Class 5 Driver's license (non GDL) with no more than five demerit points.
• Meet medical/health and fitness standards.
• No unpardoned criminal convictions.
• No criminal charges pending before the courts.
• No criminal activity within the last three years both detected and undetected.
• Good financial credit standing.
• Standard first aid & CPR "C" certificate

Experienced Applicants process:

• Complete and submit a complete application and personal disclosure form, along with required attachments (as per the cover page of application)
• One on One Screening Interview
• Behavioural Descriptive Panel Interview
• Polygraph Exam
• Psychological Exam
• Security Clearance Background Investigation
• Selection Committee
• Final Medical Exam
Please note that Experienced Applicants are exempt from some parts of the New Recruit Process, such as written and physical testing.
