Police Seize Fentanyl, Cash and Electronics

MEDIA RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE DISSEMINATION

On March 8, 2018 the Blood Tribe Police Service Crime Reduction Unit along with members of the Community Policing Division, executed a search warrant on a residence in the Bull Horn area of the Blood Indian Reserve.

39 year old Blood Tribe man, Patrick Devine has been charged with multiple offences which include: possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime.

Police seized 124 fentanyl pills, $795 CAD, a drone along with other electronics.


A bail hearing was conducted and Devine was released on $1000.00 Cash Bail Recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Cardston Provincial Court on April 9, 2018. Devine is bound by several conditions such as curfew, reporting to police and no weapons.
