Blood Tribe Police Awards Ceremony

On November 18, 2016, the Blood Tribe Police Service hosted an awards ceremony for its members. Members received awards for their years of service, meritorious service, long service medals and for going above and Chief’s Commendations. A representative from St. John’s Ambulance also attended and gave life saving awards to some of the members. The Canadian Police Exemplary Service Medal, and the Alberta Police Service Long Service Recognition Medal were given to Senior Constable Buckskin. He started his career with the first class of Blood Tribe Police Service.

This event was long overdue and we look forward to it being an annual occurrence.
