Today January 31, 2020 at approximately 3 pm, Blood Tribe Police Service located the remains of a body near a residence in the Levern Area, on the Blood Tribe. The identity of the deceased is not known at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

Blood Tribe Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating 36 year old Tyson Shade. Tyson was last seen January 14, 2020 approximately 6am when he left a residence in the Levern area along Highway 505 West. Tyson was not dressed for the extreme cold and was wearing a t-shirt, pajama pants and no shoes. He is 6’1", 220 lbs.

Anyone with information about this matter or any other matter is asked to contact the Blood Tribe Police Service at 403-737-3800 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). You do not have to reveal your identity to Crime Stoppers, and if you provide information that leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward.

One male is in custody after a break and enter into a rural home on the Blood Tribe.

On October 30, 2019 at approximately 3:15pm, police were called to a break and enter in progress at a rural home in the south east area of the Blood Tribe. The victim advised that the subject, who is known to them, broke into the residence and assaulted the victim inside their home.

Blood Tribe Police Service is looking for witnesses of a serious assault that occurred Saturday in Moses Lake.

Blood Tribe Police Service is investigating a serious assault that occurred at 7am Saturday, October 5, 2019. Police were called to an assault in progress in the community of Moses Lake on the Blood Tribe.
